1.- All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same day reservations are not accepted.

2.- all reservations are prepaid by credit card online and confirmed by email.

3.- Cancellations up to 7 days before the service 20% penalty of the total amount.

4.- cancellations from 3 to 2 days before the service 50% penalty

5.- cancellations 1 day before or the day of the service no refund.

6.- no show no refund

7.- in case of hurricane we can reschedule for a later date.

8.- No cancellations due to rain, however, we can change the date subject to availability.
